Today is Governor Dean's 60th Birthday and we wanted to do something for Governor Dean that included you, one of the biggest advocates for the 50 state strategy. So here's the deal. If you'd like to send Gov Dean a birthday message leave it as a comment to this post (or if you don't have an account, or want to make it semi-private you can use this form,) and we'll print what your comment and get it to Governor Dean sometime today.
We'll do our best from letting Gov. Dean read Daily Kos today if you promise not to email him or call him (you know who you are). Please don't ruin the surprise.
I don't want to share too many details at the moment, but if you can recommend this diary I'll post some pictures later today.

Why in a recycle plastic bin?
Over the last four years Governor Dean has worked to make sure that the DNC is green and recycling bins are "littered" throughout the DNC offices. The bin is signed by many of the staff who've worked for the Governor over the last few years.
